While the lodge offered a comfortable space and the amenities were enjoyable, we noticed that some areas, especially the outdoor facilities, could use more attention. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience more pleasant, but we did encounter some issues with cleanliness that were disappointing given the price we paid.

However, the service was lackluster during a crucial moment, and the check-in experience left much to be desired. Overall, while there are some good points, I would hesitate to return based on the service issues.

The resort's location is ideal, perfect for exploring the Highlands, and the comfortable unit we stayed in was nicely furnished with thoughtful amenities. However, the chalet we were given needed some serious updating and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Service at reception could be more welcoming, which made accessing local information a bit tricky. The dining experience was enjoyable, with good food at reasonable prices, but there wasn't much help with transportation options.
